Ploti for platforms

Skip the data vendor.
Plug into the source.

Ploti runs autonomous agents that pipe every public record source directly to your platform. No multi-year contracts. No deletion commitments. You pay for the stream. The records are yours.

How it works: You define the public data you need in plain English. Ploti builds a permanent data stream.

Traditional data vendors are obsolete. AI has completely changed the economics around data acquisition. Ploti handles the complexity around acquisition. You decide what you do with the data. It's that simple.

Data vendor
  • Multi-year contracts
  • Delete your records when you leave
  • Limits on how you use the data
  • A copy that ages until the next release
Data stream
  • Monthly or yearly pricing
  • Keep the records you received
  • Full access to the data
  • Continuous access to the stream

One place for all your public records

Manage the public records your product needs in one dashboard: the counties you serve, the datasets in each, their versions and schemas. Then pipe them straight into your platform, kept current as each source updates.

Ask for a dataset, get a feed

Define the datasets you need in each county or city. Ploti's agents find the official source, collect it and publish it into your feed, ready to ingest like everything else you receive.

Delivered the way you ingest

Ploti delivers each new version wherever you ingest: your cloud storage, your warehouse or database, or straight from the API. Snapshots and changes arrive with a manifest and checksums, as each source updates. If you need another destination, we add it.

Load once, then apply what changed

Load each dataset's snapshot once. After that, every new version comes with a changes file: the records added, changed and removed, each with a stable record id.

Know when a source changes shape. Every dataset has a schema version. Additive changes apply on their own; breaking ones arrive with the exact columns that moved, before the data that uses them.
