Questions
- What counts as a county?
- Any US county or county equivalent, such as a parish, borough or independent city. Search for a metro, a city or a ZIP code and Ploti adds the counties behind it; you keep the ones you want.
- What happens when I add a county nobody covers yet?
- Ploti builds its data for you from scratch, and your first month for that county is free.
- Can other teams see data I request?
- Yes. Data Ploti compiles for a county becomes part of that county's map for every team that covers it. Nobody sees who asked for it.
- What if a request can't be fulfilled?
- You aren't charged. A data request's credits are held while Ploti works on it and released if the data can't be delivered.
- What happens to unused credits?
- Included credits refresh every billing period, so each month starts with a full allowance. Credits you buy last 12 months and are spent after your included credits.
- Can I change my counties?
- Add a county any time; it starts right away and is prorated for the rest of the period. Removing counties takes effect at your next bill, once a quarter.
