Turn a result into ongoing work

Create a record from the map

  1. Open a completed research checkpoint on the map.
  2. Select the property or feature you want to track.
  3. Choose the record action.
  4. Select the appropriate record type.
  5. Add status, priority, assignment, project, and source context as needed.

Review records in a list

Open Records and choose the record type. Use filters to isolate the current workflow, then configure columns and sorting for comparison.

Use a board when supported

When a compatible grouping field is available, switch to a board to review records by status or another category. The table remains better for dense property and financial comparison.

Save the working view

Choose Save after configuring useful filters and display settings. Give the view a name that describes the decision or handoff it supports.

Associate records with a project

Use a project when the records share a team, objective, updates, and conversations. The project provides context without duplicating the records or their source research.

Export when necessary

Enter export mode, select records, and start the export. Share the live view or research request alongside the file when recipients need current values and provenance.
