Create a project after research identifies ongoing work

1. Choose New project

Open Projects and choose New project. Give it a title that identifies the initiative or decision.

2. Add the objective and team

Add a summary, project lead, members, team access, status, dates, and any configured business fields that matter.

3. Add records

Create project records or associate existing workspace records. Use record types to distinguish opportunities, properties, owners, contacts, or other objects.

4. Save project views

Filter the records for recurring reviews and save the configuration inside the project. You can open supported record views on the map.

5. Keep the team aligned

Use project updates, comments, chats, and activity to preserve decisions. Link the originating research request or artifact when its evidence and caveats remain important.
A research request answers a question. A project coordinates the work that follows. Not every request needs a project.
