Keep saved views useful

Edit a view

Open the saved view and choose Edit to update its name, description, icon, color, filters, or display settings. Save the changes when the workflow itself has changed.

Use temporary filters

You can add ad hoc filters while viewing a saved view without immediately changing its definition. Save only when the shared view should adopt those changes.

Delete a view

Remove custom views that no longer serve a workflow. Built-in all-records or all-projects entries remain available as the unfiltered starting point.

Troubleshooting

• If a view appears empty, inspect its filters and scope.
• If a view is missing, check whether it was created at workspace, team, or project level.
• If an ad hoc change disappeared, save the view after updating its definition.
