Data Feeds is in early access. Contact us to set up a subscription; the API and sync client described here open to early access customers first.
Ploti is infrastructure. Its agents collect public records from municipal and county sources, version them and pipe them into one stream per subscription. A Data Feeds subscription pays for that stream. It is not a purchase of a dataset.

What you pay for

  • Continuous collection from every source in the places you subscribe to, including sources Ploti adds later
  • Versioning: snapshots, changes files and schema versions for every dataset
  • Delivery: signed links or writes into your own bucket, plus events and webhooks
Pricing follows the places and topics a subscription covers. Contact us for platform pricing.

What is yours

Every snapshot, changes file and schema you receive is yours to keep, in your own systems, for as long as you like.

When a subscription ends

1

Delivery stops

No new versions, changes files or events are delivered after the subscription ends. Pushes to your bucket stop and file links stop being issued.
2

What you received stays

Nothing is recalled and you are not asked to delete anything. Your tables and files keep working; they stop getting newer.
3

Coming back

Subscribe again and read the subscription’s manifest: it links each dataset’s current snapshot, so you can reload or catch up from there.

How this differs from buying data
