A workspace can use different record types for opportunities, properties, owners, contacts, or another business-specific workflow. From a result or map selection, create a record and add it to a project when the finding needs ongoing ownership, status, notes, or collaboration. ## Save a view When you repeatedly use the same filters, columns, sort order, grouping, or board layout, save them as a view. Views are available at workspace, team, and project scope. ## Keep the evidence attached When handing work to a teammate, share the research request or its artifact rather than copying only the final number. That preserves the brief, data-readiness report, sources, caveats, chat, and generated outputs. ## Next steps Track findings as structured workspace records.
