# Filtering records and saving views

> Filter, group, sort, and save record lists for repeatable team workflows

# Build the working view you need

Use the filter bar to narrow records by system fields, custom fields, people, teams, projects, and relationships supported by the selected record type.

## Combine filters

Add multiple conditions to describe the set you need. For example:

```text theme={null}
Status is any of Qualified, Reviewing
AND Priority is High
AND Project is Central Florida Expansion
```

Clear transient filters at any time without changing a saved view.

## Configure the display

Use display settings to choose:

* Visible columns
* Column order
* Sort order
* Grouping
* Table or board presentation when supported

## Save a view

When filters or display changes are useful beyond the current session, choose **Save**. Name the view for the decision or routine it supports, not just the fields it contains—for example, “Urgent care candidates awaiting access review.”

Saved views can exist at workspace, team, or project scope. Editing a saved view updates the reusable configuration; ad hoc filter changes remain temporary until saved.
