Projects are the central hub for organizing your land acquisition efforts in Ploti. They bring together leads, properties, team members, and documentation into a single, manageable workspace.

Create a project for each development opportunity you're pursuing. As you identify potential parcels, add them as leads within the project. Track negotiations, due diligence, and closing activities all in one place.

Organize projects by region or market. A "Central Florida Acquisitions" project can contain all leads in that area, making it easy to see your pipeline for specific markets.

### Deal Type
