# Using the data

> What you can build with Data Feeds, in brief

<Info>
  Data Feeds is in early access. [Contact us](mailto:support@ploti.ai) to set up
  a subscription; the API and sync client described here open to early access
  customers first.
</Info>

Data Feeds are for building on. In brief:

**You can**

* load the records into your own systems and keep them after your subscription ends, with no deletion required
* show them to your users inside your product, and let your users export the results they are working with
* analyse, enrich and combine them, and sell what you build: apps, alerts, maps, scores, matching and agents

**You cannot**

* offer the records, or a lightly altered copy of them, as a dataset, feed, download or API of their own
* give them away or sell them as a standalone product
* pass Ploti's feed straight through to third parties

The test is whether the data is the product or inside the product. If you are unsure whether something you are building fits, [ask us](mailto:support@ploti.ai) before you launch it.

This page is a summary. Your agreement with Ploti sets the terms.
