# Team Management

> Manage workspace members and focused teams

# Team Management

A workspace keeps research requests, chats, projects, records, data, and settings together. Members can collaborate in the same workspace, while teams provide smaller groups for focused work.

## Invite Workspace Members

Open **Settings → Members** to invite people by email or copy a shareable invitation link.

The Members page is also where workspace administrators review and manage access. Removing a member revokes their access; work already saved to the workspace remains with the workspace.

## Create Teams

Open **Settings → Teams** to create and manage focused groups such as Acquisitions, Development, or Market Research.

A team has its own:

* Name and identifier
* Icon
* Time zone
* Members

Teams can be used when assigning access or organizing project work.

## Workspace Administration

The administration section of Settings includes the current workspace controls:

| **Workspace**         | Update the workspace name and general details    |
| **Brand assets**      | Manage shared brand material                     |
| **Integrations**      | Connect external services, including MCP clients |
| **Teams**             | Create focused groups and manage team membership |
| **Members**           | Invite and manage workspace users                |
| **Record properties** | Configure the fields available on record types   |
| **Billing**           | Manage the subscription and credits              |
| **Usage**             | Review credit consumption                        |

Some pages are available only to workspace owners or subscribed workspaces.

## Working Together

Use projects to give ongoing work a shared home. A project can include a lead person, members, team access, records, chats, and updates. Research artifacts can then be reviewed and carried forward without losing the original request context.
