# Account Settings

> Manage personal preferences, profile, security, and research guidance

# Account Settings

Open the workspace menu and choose **Settings**. Personal settings apply to you; administration settings apply to the active workspace.

## Personal Settings

| **Preferences**           | Personal application preferences                          |
| **Profile**               | Your name, contact details, and profile image             |
| **Security & access**     | Sign-in and account access settings                       |
| **Agent personalization** | Reusable guidance and skills for how Ploti works with you |

Agent personalization is useful for durable instructions such as your preferred markets, terminology, analysis conventions, or output style. Put request-specific details in the research brief instead.

## Workspace Settings

Workspace owners and administrators can also manage the workspace itself, brand assets, integrations, teams, members, and record properties. Billing and usage visibility depends on your role and subscription.

## Switch Workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, use the workspace menu to switch between them. Each workspace has its own research, projects, records, data configuration, integrations, and billing.
